MJJA Scholarships Available – April 15 deadline

The Missouri Juvenile Justice Association (MJJA) has received a limited number of scholarships for the MJJA Spring 2013 Educational Conference, thanks to funding provided by the Missouri Task Force on Children’s Justice.

CRITERIA:

1. The applicant must work in the area of child abuse and neglect.

2. The applicant must be a member of MJJA, or commit to paying the MJJA membership fee. If uncertain, please check with MJJA office regarding membership status.

3. Applicants who have financial constraints and would not normally have funding to attend will be considered a priority.

Contact lisa@mjja.org for application forms. Deadline for submission is April 15, 2013. You will be notified by email of your acceptance by April 18, 2013.

The CJTF Scholarship covers:

a. MJJA Spring Conference May 29-31, 2013 registration fee

b. 2 nights lodging on May 29th and 30th (Wednesday and Thursday nights) on room only. Lodging reservation will be made by MJJA office. Confirmation numbers will be emailed to successful applicants.

c. Conference-hosted meals: lunch on Thursday, May 30th; breakfast on Thursday and Friday, May 30th and 31st.
